03 ______ HOW DO WE TREAT OUR CUSTOMERS' DISPUTES?<\/span>We treat our Clients' disputes like any other challenge facing their business. <\/span><\/span><\/h3><\/header>

We try to thoroughly understand their causes, define the factual and legal situation of the Client in the context of the dispute. We point to different ways to end disputes, encouraging those in which the Client participates and contributes to their own legal situation. However, oftentimes, the only way to end a dispute leads through a trial in court. In such situations, we provide Clients with full professional support.<\/p>\n

By preparing the Client\u2019s contribution to making decisions, we not only embed their decisions in the perspective of costs and financial risk, but we also show other important aspects \u2013 such as the aspect of time, attention and energy related to a specific way to end the dispute. We devote a lot of attention to the goals that guide the Client in a particular disputed situation, we look at them in the context of other needs of the Client\u2019s business. Sometimes the Client\u2019s goals are realized on the business and financial level, sometimes they relate to their prestige, ambition, good name and sense of justice.<\/p>\n
