She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Pozna\u0144, completed legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Pozna\u0144.<\/p>\n<\/div>

She has many years of experience gained while working in law firms of various specialties. As an in-house lawyer, she advised large Polish companies in the field of labor law, civil and commercial law. In everyday practice, she provides legal solutions in the field of personal data protection in accordance with national and international regulations (GDPR) and implements them individually for each company, thanks to which the solutions perfectly meet the client’s needs. In addition, she draws up, reviews and negotiates various types of contracts. She specializes in labor law, ranging from concluding contracts with employees, drawing up work and remuneration regulations, to court disputes regarding overtime, unjustified termination or accidents at work. She advises clients on employment relationships with changes in the employer’s structures (transformations, mergers, liquidations). She supervises the process of debt collection and further enforcement proceedings in the Law Firm. Has extensive knowledge of civil law.<\/p>\n<\/div>
