He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, and completed legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań.

During several years of work (the last 7 years managing the work of the Law Firm), he comprehensively conducted and coordinated many advanced processes and projects including: organizational and legal changes, transformations, in-kind contributions of enterprises, acquisition of shares in companies, acquisition of enterprises, due diligence, valuation of companies and enterprises. In managing services and projects, he uses elements of methods based on the Agile approach. On a daily basis, he supports clients in current challenges (such as negotiating commercial contracts) and problems (such as dispute management). Supports the development of teams and representatives of the management staff of clients using the coaching method. He runs a social activity as a member of the board of the Wielkopolska Bona Fide Association.
